Community Cares for Folds of Honor

How Community Coffee involved their social media followers to help them give back to veterans.

Challenge

Community Coffee challenged us to create a social media campaign that connected them with giving back to their community and increasing overall awareness on social media leveraging their existing relationship with Folds of Honor.

Solution

During the month of November, in conjunction with Veterans Day and Thanksgiving, we hosted a campaign called #CommunityCares. Through a series of social media posts, we developed a social media campaign to get our customers involved. For each comment, like or share on our #CommunityCares posts, Community Coffee donated $3 to Folds of Honor.

Results

At the end of the campaign, Community Coffee donated $25,000 to Folds of Honor. The brand generated over 105,557 social media impressions and 6,791 post engagements. The brand and Folds of Honor was so excited with the results, they decided to continue the program the following year.
